Air France HOP and Transavia with new routes / Paris (weekly) and Brussels (twice weekly) new in the flight schedule
The last few months with increasing travel traffic and more passengers were already a clear sign of the slow recovery of European air traffic after 2 years of the pandemic. Expectations for a successful winter with many guests are not only high among tourism professionals in our EuRegio region, but more guests from the traditional source countries are also expected at Salzburg Airport.
The regions around Salzburg score points with their picturesque mountain scenery, endless ski slopes, hospitality and moderate prices. “It will be a winter season without travel restrictions like the last two years, I am sure of that. We are heading to destinations in 19 countries and bringing many winter guests to the EuRegio Salzburg-Bavaria, which means we will almost reach the 2019 figures. I am particularly pleased about the new route to Paris with Air France HOP, which had its first flight last Saturday, and the Brussels connection with Transavia, which we will be welcoming to Salzburg next Wednesday,” says authorized signatory Christopher Losmann.
The flight connections from Salzburg to Paris and Brussels expand the flight program with additional entry points into the world of the Skyteam airline alliance. The flights can be booked at www.airfrance.com und www.transavia.com.
