Guided Airport Tours
Experience Salzburg Airport not as a passenger, but take a look behind the scenes of this lively transport company.
On a 1.5 hour sightseeing tour for groups of up to 30 people, you will gain insights into the specific procedures of our airport, find out, for example, what happens to your baggage after check-in, learn about the most important processes of passenger and aircraft handling and pay a visit to the airport fire brigade. Depending on availability, aircraft taking off and landing can be observed in the course of a commented bus tour.

We do not organize children's birthday parties directly, but of course you can book a guided tour at the airport. It would also be possible to reserve a table before or after at "Das Wolfgang" and celebrate your birthday there. To reserve a table, please contact “Das Wolfgang” directly.
Parking is not included in the price. In the period from 21.12.2024 to 19.4.2025, no guided tours can be booked for Saturday.
To make an appointment, please contact our visitor service! Airport tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, unfortunately short-term requests cannot be accepted.
Meeting point: Terminal 1 / Check-in hall for bulky luggage (Airport Map)
Important: Bring a list of participants (first and last names of all persons taking part in the tour) on the day of the tour. Lace and dangerous objects made of metal are not allowed. Please note the Safety regulations.

After your guided tour of the airport, the "airport experience" is not over yet! Let your excursion come to a leisurely end and enjoy the direct view of the flight action in the restaurant "Das Wolfgang". For groups, the restaurant team will be happy to make you an individual offer according to your wishes.
