Soil and Groundwater Sampling
Soil Sampling:
A total of 98 soil surveys and ram core probings were carried out on the entire airport area to limit the soil contamination.
Groundwater Sampling:
As part of the investigations, the groundwater monitoring was expanded from the original 4 measuring points to 40 - which were examined at least once. In total, around 200 groundwater samples were analyzed for PFAS.
